One of our top priorities is protecting your privacy. At Lynk Pleasure we take great pride in ensuring your personal privacy is 100% protected during the entire shopping process. Here is how we do it.

All orders are shipped in regular white or brown shipping boxes and contain no indication as to the contents. We use crush-proof boxes that are unbranded or unmarked with any kind of logo. Each box has a shipping label that has a return shipping address that will read "RMMD Company" or "Lynk" to ensure your total privacy. 

We understand first hand that privacy is very important to all different kinds of people. Therefore we take great pride in taking all measures to ensure your purchase is completely private. We also ensure all our shipments receive the correct amount of tape to ensure they cannot be opened with clearly cutting tape.

To meet the needs of all our customers, we offer several different types of shipping methods.  Each standard shipping method has a flat rate shipping cost to keep things simple.

All domestic orders over $69 qualify for free standard shipping. (Before tax and after the coupon code is applied)

  • USPS Standard - $8.99 - 5-7 Days transit time
  • USPS Priority - $13.99 - 3-5 Days transit time
  • UPS Ground - $13.99 - 1-5 Days transit time
  • UPS 2 Day - Calculated at checkout
  • UPS Overnight - Calculated at checkout

US Territories, Military, Hawaii, & Alaska

  • USPS Standard - $12.99 - 7+ Days transit time
  • USPS Priority - $16.99 - 3-5 Days transit time

International 

All international shipping is calculated at the time of checkout.  At this time we offer the following services to international consumers.  

  • DHL Express
  • UPS
  • USPS

For all international orders, the buyer is responsible to know all applicable laws and regulations. Lynk Pleasure is not responsible for any undelivered orders or orders seized by customs or any other foreign government.

If a package is returned to us by customs, the buyer will receive a refund less original shipping costs plus any additional return shipping fees incurred.


HELP! My tracking says it was delivered, but I didn't receive it

Do you fear that your lynkpleasure.com order has been misdelivered? Hope is not lost! Following these instructions enables you to get your package as quickly as possible if it's around. 

 

  1. Verify the shipping address.
    You can look up your order's shipping address by logging into your account.

 

  1. Look for a notice of attempted delivery.

 

  1. Look around the delivery location.
    Check around the entrances of your residence for the package: particularly on back porches, in bushes, garages, grills, or other places that might protect your package from theft or weather. Note that delivery drivers may also use plastic bags to protect your package from the weather. 

 

  1. See if someone else accepted delivery.
    Check with any family members, roommates, or neighbors who may have received the package for you without your knowing. 

 

  1. Speak with the specific postal carrier who delivers your mail.
    As they do scan the package in order to mark it 'delivered'. 

 

  1. Wait 36 hours.
    Packages can show as delivered while still in transit. 

 

If your order is 36 hours past the expected delivery date, then you will want to file a missing package claim with the shipping carrier and contact us with the claim number. 

Please note: Occasionally, packages are not delivered in the expected time frame and are unable to be located by the tracking information (if available). It may take additional time for delivery. If the tracking doesn't update within 3 weeks, the package is considered missing at that point.

If a package falls into this category, Lynk Pleasure reserves the right to send a replacement. Refunds or returns are only available for orders that have been successfully received. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for missing packages where an incorrect shipping address was provided to us.
